Housing Implementation

The State has set as a priority the preservation, creation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing. With at least 20% of all redevelopment funds going toward these efforts, it is highly important that each community successfully identify its goals for housing. With these goals, it is essential that programs are put into place which effectively and efficiently meet the community's requirements for affordable housing, be it for seniors, families, temporary shelters, or a mix.

Throughout its history, A.C. Lazzaretto & Associates has been successful in assisting local government with its housing needs. We have assisted in the oversight of mixed use developments, first time homebuyers programs, senior housing (including continuing care facilities), and just about every other segment of the affordable housing market. Not only have we managed these types of projects through the provision of reports, financial projections, and coordination of developers and the financial community, but we have also worked with individual prospective homeowners to assist them through the process of applying for, and purchasing, their first homes. Through this personal contact with community members, we provide a "face" for local government, making the experience much more comfortable for those receiving assistance.
